The AI layer

A multi-provider gateway over Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI that enforces per-role usage quotas and filters PII before anything leaves the system, with audit logging, Prometheus metrics, and Sentry throughout.

The point of the gateway is that no single team can exhaust the budget, and no personal data reaches a third-party model by accident.
